What can you make with sand?- Blog 17

Did you know that sand is used to make cool stuff? I mean amazing things that you probably use every day of your life. Do not underestimate sand! There is a very long list of items, but I will just list a few for right now. Here we go!

• Microchips

• Computer CPU’s

• Glass Screens for laptops, phones, and TV’s

• Glass in general!

• Art

• Compost

• Textures

• Sandbags

You had to know that sandbags would be on this list, right? This is sandbagrental.com.

Although some of you might say that a microchip is cooler than a sandbag, I would ask you this. Do you want a bag of microchips to hold down that baseplate supporting the sign you just stood up, or do you want a bag of sand from us?

This may not be the most enjoyable or informative blog that talks about the uses of sand, or what you can make with it, but you are still here and reading. You must really love sand.

If these words do not scratch your information itch, I hope it at least is a little entertaining for you. It may not be as exciting as a fresh cup of coffee, but making sand exciting is not as easy as you might think.
